1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of tasks involving the supply of hardware and software infrastructure. The procedure is divided into 3 parts: a) Part 1. Supply of IT hardware and software b) Part 2. Supply of OT hardware and software c) Part 3. Guaranteed and emergency power supply systems 2. All delivered devices must meet the requirements of the Energy Star standard or equivalent (in accordance with the DNSH criteria for digital investments). 3. The equipment must be factory new and free from substances on the REACH/RoHS list (or equivalent). 4. The subject of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex 1 to the swz and it will be introduced as an annex to the public procurement contract.
