Open-House procedure for the conclusion of a non-exclusive contract for the supply of insured persons by means of video-based online psychotherapy. The primary task of the contractor is to ensure, for each insured person participating in the supply contract, a timely and needs-based psychotherapeutic supply of the insured persons by means of video-based online psychotherapy. This is to avoid existing supply bottlenecks, in particular due to long waiting times and restricted access options due to regional conditions or individual mobility restrictions, and to ensure the lowest possible threshold and early treatment. Participation for the insured persons remains voluntary. As a prerequisite for remuneration, participation must be measurable or provable. GWQ ServicePlus AG is a service company founded by company health insurance funds and represents over 70 shareholder and customer funds. GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to conclude a contract for the supply of insured persons by means of video-based online psychotherapy in accordance with § 140a SGB V nationwide with all providers who meet the requirements for the contract. This is to ensure a low-threshold, high-quality and efficient supply. The contract is concluded in the name of GWQ ServicePlus AG. GWQ ServicePlus AG offers its shareholder and customer funds the opportunity to join the concluded contracts. The health insurance funds decide independently which contract they wish to join. Therefore, it cannot be predicted how many insured persons will actually participate in the contract later. GWQ ServicePlus AG takes over the contract management and administration of the contract for the participating health insurance funds. If shareholder or customer funds join the contract, they declare this accession exclusively to GWQ ServicePlus AG.
