The subject of the contract is the implementation by the Contractor of the entire Investment in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract provided for in the procedure conducted in the open tender procedure under the name “CONSTRUCTION OF AN ELEVATED HELIPAD FOR RESCUE HELICOPTERS LPR FOR THE MULTISPECIALISTIC ONCOLOGY AND TRAUMATOLOGY CENTRE NAMED AFTER M. KOPERNIK IN ŁÓDŹ”. In particular, the subject of this contract includes: The execution of construction and installation works on the basis of the Project Documentation as well as: a. The preparation of post-construction industry documentation b. The organisation and conduct of necessary tests, examinations, measurements and inspections, as well as the final acceptance of all the works that are the subject of the contract, c. The preparation, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of a notification of the commencement and completion of works as well as the obtaining of permits required by law necessary for the execution of the object and its commissioning (if required). The subject matter has been described in detail in the following annexes: a) Project documentation – Annex No. 2 to SWZ b) Contract template – Annex No. 9 to SWZ The Contracting Authority requires a tender to be submitted for the entire subject of the contract.
