The subject of the procurement is the supply of hip and knee joint endoprostheses for the needs of the Lithuanian Health Science University Hospital.

Lot 1: Hip joint endoprostheses

Lot 2: Knee joint endoprostheses

12. Conditions for participation:

Economic operators must be registered in the European Economic Area (EEA) and must not be in a situation of exclusion as defined in the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania.

13. Award criteria:

The most economically advantageous tender will be selected based on the following criteria:

- Price (weight 60%)

- Quality (weight 30%)

- Delivery time (weight 10%)

15. Information about the tender submission:

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement system.

16. Information about the tender opening:

The opening of the tenders will take place on 2023-11-07 at 10:00 at the address of the contracting authority.

17. Information about the tender evaluation:

The evaluation of the tenders will be carried out by a tender evaluation committee appointed by the contracting authority.

18. Information about the contract award:

The contracting authority will award the contract to the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender.

19. Information about the contract signature:

The contract will be signed by the contracting authority and the successful tenderer within 10 days from the date of the decision to award the contract.

20. Information about the contract performance:

The successful tenderer will be required to deliver the goods to the place of performance within the timeframe specified in the contract.

The contracting authority will make payments to the successful tenderer in accordance with the payment terms specified in the contract.
