Czechia – Architectural, engineering and surveying services – KoPÚ Slavkov u Českého Krumlova

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a design for comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter „KoPÚ“) in the cadastral area of Slavkov u Českého Krumlova, including necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the cadastre of real estate by Decree No. 357/2013 Sb., on the cadastre of real estate (cadastre decree), as amended (hereinafter „cadastre decree“). The KoPÚ design will be prepared in such a way that it can be entered into the cadastre of real estate. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land consolidation proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ design will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown, which precisely corresponds to the requirements specified in Decree No. 13/2014 Sb., on the procedure for carrying out land consolidation and the requirements for land consolidation proposals, as amended (hereinafter „Decree No. 13/2014 Sb.“). Part of the cadastral area will be included in the scope of the comprehensive land consolidation. The expected area of the solved territory is 193 ha in the cadastral area of Slavkov u Českého Krumlova. The update of the Basic Register of Economic Units (BPEJ) is currently underway in the relevant cadastral area. The basic map base is the KMD map. Land parcels not resolved under Section 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Sb., on land consolidation and land offices and amending Act No. 229/1991 Sb., on the settlement of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended, are also located within the scope of the KoPÚ, for which only the set of geodetic information is being renewed.
