The subject of the public contract is the provision of project documentation: 1. for the purpose of the intent permit (DPZ) processed using the BIM method, including geodetic surveying and the documentary part and evaluation of the need to ensure the BOZP coordinator in the preparation and implementation of the construction. It will include engineering activities leading to the acquisition of a building permit and the acquisition of a building permit in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended by later regulations, 2. for the implementation of the construction (DPS) processed using the BIM method, including a list of works, for the water structure Kamenička located in the cadastral area of the municipality of Blatno, cadastral area Bečov, including the drainage channel, and up to the point of discharge into the natural channel of the Kamenička watercourse (Novodomský stream). The subject of the public contract is also the creation of a building information model IMS within the BIM method and to the extent of the BIM goals and definitions set out in Annex No. 1 of the contract for work – BIM protocol and its annexes.
