Netherlands – Road transport services – Busreizen

Zuyd is looking for three (3) contractors to carry out bus transport. Framework agreements will be established with these contractors. Whenever Zuyd has a request for bus transport, all three (3) contractors will be asked to submit tenders and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price. The contract involves transporting Zuyd employees and/or students by coach to and from various locations, both in the Netherlands and within the European borders. It concerns groups of people of varying sizes and mainly day trips of varying durations. The bus transport includes, for example, day trips, group outings and shuttle services. It is expected that a large part of the bus rides will consist of day trips within the Netherlands. Trips abroad take place a few times a year, mainly to destinations in Belgium and Germany. The estimated value is € 600,000.
