Netherlands – Cleaning and sanitation services – Stichting Veldvest - EA Schoonmaak & Glasbewassing

The provision of cleaning services and window washing for 17 educational locations, divided over 2 parcels. The total floor area to be cleaned amounts to approx. 25,550 m2. The total area of double-sided window washing amounts to approx. 19,900 m2. Due to the expiring Agreement, the obligation to award the Contract under European procurement rules, the efficient use of public funds and the wish of the contracting authority to conclude one Agreement with one Contractor (per parcel) for the location(s) of the contracting authority, it has been decided to start this tendering procedure. The contracting authority will enter into an Agreement for cleaning and window washing services as of 1 January 2027.
