The City of Königs Wusterhausen intends to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of classical postal services and hybrid mail dispatch. The contract is divided into four lots: Lot 1 - Classical Letter Mail Dispatch Land Brandenburg, Lot 2 - Classical Letter Mail Dispatch Berlin, Lot 3 - Classical Letter Mail Dispatch Nationwide and International, Lot 4 - Hybrid Mail Dispatch. The subject of the framework agreement is the provision of postal services in accordance with the Postal Act (PostG). Thus, the services of Lots 1-3 include classical letter mail dispatch - i.e. daily collection, franking, transport and delivery of all mailings of the City of Königs Wusterhausen incl. postal delivery orders. Lot 4 includes hybrid mail dispatch. This is to transfer documents, which are digitally created and can be sent without an original signature, via an interface to a contractor and prepare them for dispatch by a delivery service (printing, franking, sorting and similar). This is a framework agreement. No guarantee can be given regarding the quantity of mail items to be sent. The specified quantities can be exceeded or fallen short of. The contractor has no claim to a specific sales volume.
