Slovenia – Batteries – Izgradnja baterijskih sistemov v skupini HSE

The subject of the public contract is the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of battery storage systems in the HSE group. The contract includes the preparation and submission of all necessary project documentation (PZI, PID, DZO) and covers all activities required to successfully obtain a permit. The battery storage systems will be installed outdoors at various locations near existing electrical installations of the HSE group. The mentioned projects represent framework projects and the contracting authority is not committed to awarding all projects. Actual project awards will depend on the actual needs of the contracting authority. Further specification of the contract (minimum technical requirements) is evident from the list of technical data - technical part of the documentation related to the submission of the public contract (hereinafter: technical part/closed part), which interested tenderers will obtain in accordance with the rules of the documentation related to the submission of the public contract. The download of the closed part of the documentation related to the submission of the public contract is a condition for the submission of the tender. The contracting authority wishes to: - obtain tenders on the basis of which it will conclude a framework agreement for a period of forty (40) months or until the achievement of the maximum estimated contract value under the framework agreement with the right of extension, i.e. with the possibility of extending the validity period of the framework agreement, if the maximum estimated value is not achieved/reached in forty (40) months, with a maximum of three (3) tenderers, whose tenders will be admissible and, in terms of the most favourable criterion; - from among the tenderers with whom the framework agreement is concluded, select the tenderer for the supply of goods of the first individual order from the most favourable final admissible tender from the negotiated procedure with notice.
