“Elektrorazpredelitelni Mreji Zapad” EAD is conducting a negotiated procedure with a prior invitation to participate, subject: “Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage overhead and cable networks with the installation of electricity meters at the property boundary on the territory of the city of Sofia, served by “Elektrorazpredelitelni Mreji Zapad” EAD”, ref. No. RRS 26-066. The subject of the public procurement is divided into four distinct positions, as follows:

Distinct Position No. 1: “Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage overhead and cable networks with the installation of electricity meters at the property boundary on the territory of the city of Sofia - OC West”

Distinct Position No. 2: “Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage overhead and cable networks with the installation of electricity meters at the property boundary on the territory of the city of Sofia - OC East”

Distinct Position No. 3: “Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage overhead and cable networks with the installation of electricity meters at the property boundary on the territory of the city of Sofia - OC South”

Distinct Position No. 4: “Construction and installation works for the reconstruction and new construction of low-voltage overhead and cable networks with the installation of electricity meters at the property boundary on the territory of the city of Sofia - OC North”

Each candidate/participant may participate in all distinct positions (one or more distinct positions) under the subject of the contract. The contracting authority does not limit the number of distinct positions that may be awarded to a single contractor. The award criterion for the present public procurement in determining the most economically advantageous tender is “lowest price”. The ranking of participants is carried out for each distinct position separately. The participant who offered the lowest total price for the execution of the contract is ranked first for the corresponding distinct position. The contract period for each distinct position is 24 (twenty-four) months, counted from the date on which it is concluded or until the maximum value of the contract is reached, whichever of the two events occurs first. The category of constructions, falling within the scope of each of the four distinct positions of the present public procurement, is third, according to Article 137, paragraph 1, item 3, letters b) and j) of the Spatial Development Act. The group of constructions, falling within the scope of each of the distinct positions of the present public procurement, is third – energy infrastructure constructions, according to Article 5, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Regulation on the Procedure for Registration and Maintenance of the Central Professional Register of Builders (CPRBC).
