Czechia – Helpdesk services – POSKYTOVÁNÍ SLUŽEB SERVICE DESK A DESKTOP

The subject of the performance of this public contract are Service Desk services, end-user device support services, support services for other devices and small hardware, and LAN support services. The subject of the performance are also services on a Time & Material basis and assistance services provided as part of the service termination plan. The individual sub-performances of this contract are therefore: a) Service Desk: the subject of the service is the provision of a single point of contact (Single Point of Contact) for the Service Desk and communication channels for service users and for the contracting authority; b) End-user device support: the subject of the services is the provision of support for the technical equipment (HW) and software (SW) of end-user devices; c) Support for other devices and small hardware: the subject of the performance are lump-sum services and on-demand services relating to one of the devices of the type: mobile end device, modem, IP phone, small hardware, local or network printer, multifunctional device, plotter; d) LAN support: the subject of the performance is patching of cabling, maintaining the up-to-dateness of documentation related to cabling, sockets and patch panels; e) Services on a Time & Material basis: the subject is the provision of services of specialists in pre-defined roles based on individual orders.
