Spain – Architectural and related services – servicio de redacción del proyecto básico y de ejecución y de dirección facultativa de las obras de nueva sede judicial de Alcalá de Guadaíra (C-2026/033)

The present service contract comprises: A) The drafting of the basic and execution project for the construction of the Judicial Headquarters of Alcalá de Guadaíra. The project must include the preliminary studies, the health and safety study, the waste management study and any other documentation detailed in the technical specifications; and B) The Project Supervision of the work corresponding to the above project, consisting of the Work Manager, the Work Execution Manager and the Safety and Health Coordinator during the execution of the work, without prejudice to other collaborators that may be required in the technical specifications.
