The centrally located and easily accessible construction project is situated at Dornheimer Weg 24 on the premises of e-netz Südhessen AG, behind Darmstadt Central Station. The new building will have outdoor parking spaces on the premises of e-netz Südhessen AG. In the area of the new administrative building, freely accessible visitor parking spaces and a waiting area for incoming trucks are to be provided. In addition to the area designated for the new building, there is the listed transformer workshop from 1926. This is to be integrated into the concept as described below. The planning area can be found in the attached plan. The new building to be constructed will have a forecourt to the premises of e-netz Südhessen AG and will be accessed from there via a main entrance. The forecourt of the main building, including the lodge, should be designed so that the building can be accessed by both external users and e-netz employees. It must be ensured that unauthorized third parties do not have access to the premises of e-netz Südhessen.
