Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are settled by lump sum prices.

Description of Works:

- Replacement of the entrance doors of the 2 buildings with intercom panel up to the dwellings.

- Replacement of the 2 doors of the technical rooms of each building entrance.

- Removal of the external canopies with resurfacing and facade.

- Replacement of the letterboxes and boards in the entrances.

- Complete painting and flexible floor in the common areas.
