Hungary – District-heating mains construction work – Távhőszolgáltatási rendszer kialakítása Kabán

Development of a district heating system utilising geothermal energy in the administrative area of Kaba town as follows: Energy development of the Kabai Gyógyfürdő with new thermal well drilling and utilisation of thermal heat for buildings through the construction of a district heating network and a heat centre. Establishment of a new hot water well in Kaba, followed by ensuring the heat supply of public institutions with the thermal water produced by the hot water well through the installation of district heating and heat utilisation systems. Installation of an open wellhouse in prefabricated design, with the setup of a pump house and well equipment. Construction of a district heating pipeline (pre-insulated flexible pipe system) in public areas, deep-laid, regardless of size, over a length of 1265 m. Connection to the newly installed hot water well and the district heating pipeline, followed by the supply of the generated heat quantity via the district heating pipeline to several municipal institutions after heat utilisation. The following municipal institutions are supplied with district heating via the pipeline:

- Workers' Hostel: 4183 Kaba, Plot No. 1671, which is connected to the network via a 10 m long pre-insulated plastic flexible pipe pair-spine, which is installed in a common sheathing pipe at 302 fm.

- New Nursery: 4183 Kaba, Plot No. 1676, which is connected to the main spine network via a 77 m long pipe pair installed in a common sheathing pipe.

- Day Kitchen: 4183 Kaba, Plot No. 1688, which is connected to the network via a 45 m long pre-insulated plastic flexible pipe pair-spine, which is installed in a common sheathing pipe at 46 fm.

- Hétszínvirág Kindergarten: 4183 Kaba, Plot No. 2141, which is connected to the main spine network via a 196 m long pipe pair installed in a common sheathing pipe.

- Fire Station: 4183 Kaba, Plot No. 1677/1, which is connected to the main spine network via a 54 m long pipe pair installed in a common sheathing pipe.

- Napsugár Kindergarten: 4183 Kaba, Plot No. 186/1, which is connected to the main spine network via a 120 m long pipe pair installed in a common sheathing pipe.

- New wing of the Támasz Social Support Service Centre: 4183 Kaba, Plot No. 4, for which no separate heat utilisation block is installed in the extension building, but is supplied from the existing building unit at the same address via secondary side feeding. The feeding starts from the heat utilisation block on the ground floor of the old building, and the arrival point of the pipe pair is in the boiler room on the upper floor of the extension.
