The subject of the tender is the awarding of planning services for the renovation/renovation and extension of the existing kindergarten (Kita) Wetzlar-Steindorf. The measure includes both work on the existing structure and a new build component. The existing single-storey solid building is to be functionally, structurally and technically renovated. In addition, an extension by a fifth group room with sanitary and differentiation rooms including the necessary ancillary, traffic and technical areas is planned. Additionally, due to the current age structure of the children and the educational concept, functional adaptations in the existing structure are necessary. Based on the available area balance, an additional space and area requirement of approximately 560 m² of usable area is derived. In addition, technical systems are to be upgraded energetically and in terms of safety.
