France – Project-management services other than for construction work – Prestations d'assistance et de pilotage pour le plateau projet des systèmes d'information du CDG Express

The present consultation concerns project management services, client assistance, oversight of cross-functional roles and technical and operational support within the project platform of the Information Systems and Spaces Directorate (DSIE) of Hello Paris Services, with a view to the commissioning of the CDG Express. The consultation, for the majority of the lots, concerns the continuation of services currently being executed. The assigned scopes are committed and the programme deadlines are binding, with no possible ramp-up period. The contractor for each lot must be able to ensure operational control of the scope from the date of contract notification.
