The comprehensive renovation includes the Beulenhaus, kitchen building and Remise at Schwaansche Str. 4-5 in Rostock. The buildings are of high historical significance, as parts of them date back to the 17th century. The GFA is approximately 2,011 m², the GIA approximately 6,743 m³ and the NUF 1-6 approximately 840 m². The comprehensive renovation will be carried out in accordance with the monument preservation objectives for all components. The design services for structural engineering will be awarded from Lph 2-8 according to the specific scope of services. As part of a feasibility study, an occupancy plan was developed. In addition, various expert reports have already been prepared in advance. Special features of the structural engineering include timber-framed construction with infilled panels, floor ceilings: timber beam ceilings with infill and gable roof as purlin roof with tie beams. Estimated costs: LG 300 approximately 5,1 million; LG 400 approximately 1,37 million.
