The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The present consultation concerns only Lot 6. This is a repeat tender due to lack of competition. Lots 01, 05, 07, 10, 11 and 12 are the subject of a framework agreement already launched. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. Excluded from the scope of the present framework agreement are: - Scheduled works for total or partial renovation of one or more municipal buildings or facilities that the contractor defines as a functional unit. In these cases, the buyer will conduct a separate procedure in accordance with the provisions of the public procurement code, without the holders of the present contracts being able to claim any prejudice.
