New construction of Grundschule Zur Ahrensdorfer Heide 11

The project involves the new construction of a primary school with a sports hall, including the design of outdoor facilities. The school building consists of a three-storey structure with 3 wings for classrooms and social spaces, a canteen/auditorium, and a daycare area. The building is not underground. The load-bearing components will be made as a reinforced concrete structure with wall panels and supports. The horizontal floor levels will be constructed from reinforced concrete slabs and beams. The foundation will be a reinforced concrete foundation slab as a "Hybrid Base Plate" with a beam grid of elastically bedded beams. The facade cladding consists of a curtain wall. The roof will be constructed as a flat roof with extensive greening.
