Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Erweiterung und Sanierung Rathaus Fronreute, Objektplanung (nichtoffener Planungswettbewerb)

The municipality of Fronreute intends, through a negotiated procedure with a preliminary non-open design competition, to award the contract for the design of the project (LPH 1-9) according to § 34 para. 3 HO-AI 2021 incl. landscape design (LPH 1-9) according to § 39 para. 3 HOAI 2021 for the expansion and renovation of the town hall in Fronreute, Blitzenreute. The commissioning is to be carried out in stages. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 are to be commissioned. The contracting authority intends to award further LPH (5-9) if the planning and implementation of the construction measure is continued. The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the commissioning to individual performance phases or partial services of individual performance levels or to individual sections of the construction measure.
