The CEA LITEN wishes to acquire an EL/PL imager for large modules and tandem. The contract includes the following mandatory options: - Option No. 1: PL (linear scan with uniform illumination) to distinguish Voc and Rs (non-contact) on aligned silicon half-cells - Option No. 2: automatic sequential acquisition with at least two excitation wavelengths for EL and PL - Option No. 3: sample and camera height adjustment - Option No. 4: supply of UVF filters to block excitation light The contract also includes the following optional options: - Option No. 5: control of each element in a simple language during the image acquisition procedure - Option No. 6: supply of MC4 cables and connectors and crocodile clips for panel strings - Option No. 7: Dark IV with 4-point probes and maximum current selection - Option No. 8: camera and lamp height adjustment - Option No. 9: transport price, insurance included, under DAP CEA Grenoble conditions (Incoterms ICC 2020 Convention)
