France – Street-lighting equipment – Accord Cadre MONO ATTRIBUTAIRE de fourniture de lanternes d'éclairage public

The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods. The stipulations of the present framework agreement concern: the supply of public lighting lanterns. The supplies will be the subject of a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum and a maximum of 1,200,000.00 euros (excl. VAT) for the initial duration of the contract, in application of Article R2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code (Identical amount for each renewal period). Indicatively, the city envisages the replacement of 900 to 2,400 lighting points per year.
