Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-08 Palbociclib

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130c para. 1 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Palbociclib. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Originale procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.09.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.08.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/market exclusivity expiry before the above end date, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity expiry. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time within the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
