The start date of the contract indicated is provisional. The contract is awarded for 48 months from the date set on the OS. The services are paid for by lump sum prices. The present Special Administrative Clauses Document (CCAP) is for the implementation of the services of surveillance, sampling, analysis, interpretation and reporting of discharges of wastewater and rainwater from the establishments of the Martinique University Hospital Centre (CHUM), as well as the obligations of maintenance, calibration and upkeep of the measuring equipment used by the contractor.
