To further alleviate the demand for student housing in Stuttgart, the Studierendenwerk Stuttgart intends to develop approximately 50 individual apartments, possibly rooms with private wet cells and shared kitchens, as well as communal spaces in the existing building (office building and production hall) at Stöckachstraße 7, Stuttgart.
