Delivery of pharmaceutical products for the needs of "MBAI Devin" EAD. The types of pharmaceutical products are detailed in the Technical Specification – Appendix No. 1 (requirements for dosage form, active substance, unit of measurement and forecast quantity). The types of pharmaceutical products specified in the Technical Specification, as well as the forecast quantities, may be changed, depending on the specific needs of the Contracting Authority, by adding new pharmaceutical products, including changing the forecast quantities, when placing each specific public order, within the created Dynamic Purchasing System, for the duration of its validity. Important! The deadline for the validity of the DPS is indicated in the "Schedule" section. Submission of applications for inclusion in the DPS is possible throughout the validity period. Important! The start of the period for submission of applications begins with the publication of the relevant notice and decision to start the DPS. Only the final date and time of the system's validity are set in the schedule. Important! The initial period for submission of applications, before the start of the first specific order under the DPS, is 30 days. First stage /initial collection of applications for participation/: Qualification of suppliers (admission of suppliers to the system). At this stage, applications for participation are collected. The applications for participation /EEDOP/ contain information about the personal status of the candidates and the selection criteria. Deadline for submission of initial applications - 30 days. The initial applications for participation will be reviewed within 15 working days from the deadline for submission of initial applications, after which the Contracting Authority determines with a Decision on Selection (for inclusion or refusal of inclusion in the DPS) the qualified suppliers. After the Decision on Selection (for inclusion or refusal of inclusion in the DPS) comes into force, the second stage of the procedure follows. Any person may submit an application for inclusion in the DPS within the period of its validity. The Contracting Authority determines a period for the examination of applications, longer than 10 working days, as no invitation to submit tenders for the award of the first specific order will be sent until the expiry of the specified period. The Contracting Authority will not send an invitation to submit tenders for the first specific order before examining all received applications for participation within the period under Article 85, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act. For each specific contract concluded under the DPS, the selected participant provides a guarantee of 1% of the contract value. The conditions for the provision or establishment of guarantees are described in the invitation to participate. A third party, "ZOP Consultations" EOOD EIK 206033030, participates in the preparation of the documentation, with all the information being published in the present correspondence. The Company has been provided with the technical specification, based on which the documentation has been developed. The documents have been published in the present correspondence.
