Poland – Teaching equipment – Dostawa pomocy dydaktycznych do sali sensorycznej i do sali zajęć ruchowych i gimnastyki korekcyjnej oraz mebli w ramach projektu „Rozbudowa oraz zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia Przedszkola nr 112 „Mali Przyrodnicy” w Poznaniu”

1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of educational aids and furniture to an educational facility as part of the project entitled "Expansion and purchase of necessary equipment for Kindergarten No. 112 'Little Naturalists' in Poznań", co-financed from the funds of the European Union, within the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027. 2) The detailed description of the subject of the contract has been divided into two parts: Part I – delivery of sensory and gym equipment. The description of the subject of the contract is in Annex 1.I to the contract – Subject of the contract Part I. Part II – delivery of furniture – lockers, The description of the subject of the contract is in Annex 1.II to the contract – Subject of the contract Part II. 3) The delivered equipment must be factory new, unused, undamaged, not encumbered by third-party rights, of high quality. 4) The detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Contract Template along with the annexes, constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.
