The validity period of the present contract runs from the date of sending the notification letters to the selected contractors for a period of 1 year. In accordance with the provisions of Article R.2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement may be renewed 3 times for a period of one year, without the maximum duration of the framework agreement being able to exceed 4 years.
