Poland – Building materials – Sukcesywna dostawa materiałów budowlanych, dekarskich, hydraulicznych i stolarskich dla SGGW w okresie 12 miesięcy

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of construction, decorative, hydraulic and joinery materials for SGGW over a period of 12 months. A detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 2 to SWZ (Description of the subject of the order with the calculation of the offer price). The ordering party requires that the delivered materials be factory new, of the first grade, packed in original packaging and have a use-by date of at least 12 months, calculated from the date of delivery to the ordering party's premises (unless the manufacturer's warranty is longer, in which case the longer warranty period will apply). The contractor will be obliged to unload the delivered subject of the order and bring it to the indicated rooms of the ordering party at their own expense. The ordering party allows for the delivery of materials by courier - at the contractor's expense. The subject of the order must have the following documentation prepared in Polish: operating instructions, technical approvals, quality certificates and meet the PN, EN standards allowing them to be traded and used in Poland and the appropriate certificates relevant to those materials, which the contractor is obliged to hand over to the ordering party upon each of its requests. The subject of the order should be equipped with all the elements necessary for commissioning and operation at the ordering party to achieve the purpose for which the subject of the order is purchased, without the need for the ordering party to purchase additional elements. The ordering party requires the contractor to provide in Annex No. 2 to SWZ information allowing for the unambiguous identification of the offered product (including the manufacturer's name, catalogue number/product name or other data needed to identify it).
