France – Building construction work – CCR BLAINVILLE NANCY (54) Module et RAC : base et parc Matériel (Tx jour/semaine)

The contract concerns the supply, installation, connection and commissioning of temporary modular buildings for the creation of work bases on the sites of Blainville-Damelevières, Varangéville and Champigneulles, as part of the CCR Lorraine programme of SNCF Réseau. The services include, in particular, the execution studies, earthworks, foundations, the supply and laying of the modules, the interior fittings, the furniture, the technical installations (electricity, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, fire safety), the connections to the networks, the VRD works, the implementation of autonomous sanitation devices of the microstation type or equivalent, as well as the electrical power supply and outdoor lighting works necessary for the operation of the sites. The contract includes four possible additional services (PSE) relating to the bases of Damelevières and Varangéville:

PSE No. 1: double signage of the modular buildings on the Damelevières base;

PSE No. 2: double signage of the modular buildings on the Varangéville base;

PSE No. 3: supply and installation of window protection grilles on the Damelevières base;

PSE No. 4: supply and installation of window protection grilles on the Varangéville base.

The contract also includes the following options:

Option No. 1: implementation of the Champigneulles work base;

Option No. 2: double signage of the modular buildings of the Champigneulles base;

Option No. 3: supply and installation of window protection grilles of the Champigneulles base. The terms for the exercise of the options are specified in the tender documents.
