The training centre Kaserne Bernrain in Kreuzlingen is part of the real estate portfolio of the Swiss Confederation. The Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (BBL) is responsible for the management of the property as the owner's representative. The Federal Office of Police (fedpol) as the main tenant, as well as other stakeholders, use the facility as a training centre. The management of the portfolio for general operational services has been carried out by an external provider from 01.07.2022 to date. These services are now to be re-tendered externally.
