The subject of the Tender is the processing of the urban and architectural solution for a city residential block with an active ground floor in the locality of Nové Dvory (Praha 4), on plots with a total area of 9,257 m², parcels 1459, 1460, 1461/1, 1461/2, 1462, 1463, 1464, 1469, 1470, 1471, 1472, 1473, 1474, 1475, 1476, 1477, 1480, 1481 and 1482 in the cadastral area of Lhotka. The above-mentioned plots are owned by the City of Prague, with the exception of plots 1471 and 1472, which are owned by private entities.
