Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości z terenu gminy miasto Puszczykowo – Sektor XIV.

The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the following municipalities, constituting separate sectors:

1) Sector XIV – the area of the municipality of the city of Puszczykowo

2. The waste to be collected is:

1) from owners of properties where residents live,

2) from holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes,

3) from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located on plots with cadaster numbers: a) 967/2 and 971/3 located in Niwka in Puszczykowo (Sector XIV),

4) from pharmacies located in the area of: a) the municipality of the city of Puszczykowo – Sector XIV (collection of expired medicines),

5) from electrical points located in: a) Puszczykowo, at the Market (Sector XIV).

6) from properties indicated by the Contracting Authority if such a need arises in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Sector XIV).

3. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of the collected waste and its unloading at the Municipal Installation - PreZero Recycling Zachód Sp. z o.o. in Piotrowo Pierwsze 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń.
