In the town of Mülheim-Kärlich, in the municipality of Weißenthurm, a new building area is to be developed in the district of Mülheim, parcel 4. The planning area is approximately 10.1 ha in size and is located on the former site of Dr. Carl Riffer Baustoffwerke GmbH & Co. KG. The site is lower in the interior than at the edges. Currently, there is no internal development with pipelines. Wastewater disposal will be handled via the adjacent canals. To promote groundwater recharge and relieve the strain on the canal network, it is intended to integrate rainwater management/street drainage into green spaces or to handle it underground. The services requested here include phases 1-3, 4, and 5-8 according to the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) for the design of wastewater facilities. The following estimated costs (cost groups according to DIN 276) have been calculated for the construction services: - Group 400 - Civil engineering works: 2,000,000.00 Euro (net) The planning services for the design and the technical equipment of groups 410-430 (HLS) and group 470 will be carried out in-house by the administration of the municipality of Weißenthurm.
