Poland – Information and promotion products – Dostawa plecaków promocyjnych do projektu „BALTICGROW – Cross-border Innovation for Sustainable Rooftop Ecosystems in the South Baltic Region”, współfinansowanego z Programu Interreg South Baltic 2021–2027, dla Wydziału Inżynierii Mechanicznej i Okrętownictwa Politechniki Gdańskiej

The subject of the contract is the delivery of promotional backpacks for the project „BALTICGROW – Cross-border Innovation for Sustainable Rooftop Ecosystems in the South Baltic Region”, co-financed by the Interreg South Baltic 2021–2027 Programme, for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding of Gdańsk University of Technology. 1. The subject of the contract includes, inter alia, a) Transport of the contract subject to the place designated by the Purchaser and its insurance, until collection by the Purchaser without reservations. b) The contract subject meets the technical parameters and requirements specified in the Detailed description of the contract subject. c) The contract subject delivered to the Purchaser is factory new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for exploitation, without the need to make additional purchases and is not the subject of any third-party rights. d) The Purchaser requires a warranty of no less than 24 months. e) In the event that the Contractor proposes a shorter warranty period, the offer will be rejected as not meeting the Purchaser's requirements. 2. The detailed description of the contract subject is contained in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obligated to execute the order on the principles and conditions described in the template contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
