The subject of the contract includes the performance of the task entitled: "Collection and transport of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Łysomice" and the equipping of these properties with containers and bags for the selective collection of municipal waste. 2. Detailed information regarding the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ entitled DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT and Annex No. 9 to the SWZ entitled CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ŁYSOMICE. 3. The price of the offer must be complete, unambiguous and final. The contractor calculates the price based on the Specification of Contract Conditions along with the annexes. The offer estimate must include all necessary elements and anticipated costs related to the implementation of the task. The contractor bears sole responsibility for thoroughly examining the subject of the contract and for obtaining information regarding each and every condition and obligation that may in any way affect the value or nature of the offer or the implementation of the subject of the contract. 4. It is understood that the submission of an offer means that the contractors have familiarized themselves with all relevant laws and other legal provisions in force in the Republic of Poland, which may in any way affect or relate to the actions and activities covered by the offer and the resulting contract for the public procurement. 5.
