Norway – Alarm system and antenna installation work – Fire alarm, emergency and escape route lighting systems (maintenance)

The framework agreement shall cover fire alarm systems (including alarm organisation) and emergency lighting and escape route guidance systems in connection with urgent remedial works, planned maintenance works and minor rehabilitation projects. Properties may be added to or removed from the framework agreement during the contract period. Reasons for this may include new construction, rehabilitation and demolition. New systems added to the framework agreement shall be subject to the same terms and conditions. Framework agreement suppliers will be assigned a fixed portfolio. However, this may be adjusted in response to changes in the needs of both the contracting authority and the supplier.
