Sprinkler contract (subcontract) tender documents accordingly. The Paavola daycare project involves the construction of a new 2-storey daycare building with courtyards and outbuildings. The building size is 2 697 brm2 and 2 472 kem2. The daycare operates as a daycare centre. For evening and night care spaces, the building is classified as a care facility, otherwise, it is a normal daycare space. 10 care groups will be located in the Paavola daycare, spaces for one group for evening/night and weekend use and a service kitchen. The project will be implemented according to the client's plans as a divided contract, where the main and sub-contractors are in a direct contractual relationship with the client. The main contractor is responsible for the site management.
