Romania – Medical equipments – Furnizarea, instalarea, testarea și punerea în funcțiune a unui sistem de tratare și neutralizare a deșeurilor medicale periculoase, în configurație cu două linii tehnologice independente și echivalente funcțional

The procurement constitutes the main investment in equipment for Partner 2 – Sfânta Chiriachi County Emergency Hospital Vaslui, within the project ROMD00318 – PREP-Health, funded through the Interreg VI-A NEXT Romania–Republic of Moldova Programme. The procurement involves the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a system for the treatment and neutralization of hazardous medical waste, in a configuration with two independent technological lines, which must comply with the specifications in the terms of reference and the technical sheet annexed thereto. The system will consist of two independent and functionally equivalent technological lines, capable of operating autonomously, alternately or simultaneously. The redundant configuration aims to ensure operational continuity, reduce biological risk and treat infectious and sharp-cutting waste in an integrated, controlled and traceable flow. The contract is a supply and installation contract. Transport, unloading, technological installation, connection to the connection points prepared by the beneficiary, configuration, testing, commissioning, staff training and warranty/service obligations are operations ancillary to supply. Works for the platform, modular construction, utilities and related arrangements are the subject of a separate contract, carried out in correlation and, where appropriate, in parallel. The supply of products and the performance of ancillary operations will be carried out in compliance with the DNSH principle and the requirements applicable to the project funded through the Interreg VI-A NEXT Romania–Republic of Moldova Programme. Bidders will present, as part of the technical proposal, how the supplied products, installation, testing, commissioning and management of the equipment at the end of the life cycle comply with the applicable DNSH requirements. a) Number of days until clarifications can be requested: 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. b) The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP www.e-licitatie.ro. The objective of the project is to increase the resilience and preparedness of health systems in the face of future transborder epidemic threats, by introducing safe and sustainable solutions for the management and neutralization, within the hospital, of hazardous medical waste.
