The Municipality of Münster intends to demolish the existing building of the Catholic Kindergarten St. Michael / Family Centre (hereinafter referred to as "KiTa") and to construct a replacement building on the existing property at Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße 11, 64839 Münster (Hessen); Municipality of Münster, District 18, Parcels 616/3 (current KiTa property), 606/2 (children's playground) and 604 (forecourt), creating space for 4 KiTa groups and a family centre. Planning services for structural design LPH 1-6, fee zone III according to § 52 ff HOAI 2021 are to be awarded. A two-stage award is planned. Initially, LPH 1-4 will be commissioned. If the client decides to terminate the project after completion of a project stage, no further call-off will take place. The contractor has no entitlement to call off further project stages.
