France – Airport operation services – DSP gestion et exploitation de l'aéroport Angers Loire 2028-2035

Delegated Service Contract (DSP) by concession. Tasks to be carried out by the delegatee: administrative, technical and financial management and operation; safety and security missions; promotion of the platform, its commercialization, the development of traffic and services (heliport, medical flights, military training...); maintenance and upkeep of works located within the perimeter of the DSP (buildings, infrastructures, car parks, equipment, networks, manoeuvring and traffic areas...); leasing management of spaces made available. The delegatee will be responsible for investments: renovation of modular units for office use, improvement of access to the runway, complete dredging of a retention basin. The delegatee will also be in charge of managing the "restauration" space (which it may subdelegate).
