Poland – Forestry services – Wycinka drzew i krzewów oraz ich uprzątnięcie z terenu nieruchomości przeznaczonych pod inwestycje infrastrukturalne - części 1 i 2

The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the felling of trees and shrubs and their removal from the area of immovable properties located within the boundaries of the Strzebielino Forest District, intended for infrastructure investments carried out on the basis of so-called specustaw, namely: a) the Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311) – in the case of a task, the investor of which is the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, entitled "Construction of the national road on the section Lubiatowo – express road S6. Task 2: voivodeship road no. 213 – county road DP1455G"; b) the Act of 24 July 2015 on the preparation and implementation of strategic investments in the field of transmission networks (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1199) – in the case of tasks, the investor of which is Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., entitled: "Construction of the 400 kV line Choczewo - to the cut of the line Gdańsk Błonia-Grudziądz Węgrowo". 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts: a) part 1 – felling of trees and shrubs and their removal from the area of immovable properties intended for the "Construction of the national road on the section Lubiatowo – express road S6. Task 2: voivodeship road no. 213 – county road DP1455G", located within the boundaries of the Strzebielino Forest District; b) part 2 – felling of trees and shrubs and their removal from the area of immovable properties intended for the "Construction of the 400 kV line Choczewo - to the cut of the line Gdańsk Błonia-Grudziądz Węgrowo", located within the boundaries of the Strzebielino Forest District. 3. The material scope of the contract subject includes the summary quantities of works in the field of: a) harvesting and felling of timber, b) shredding of saplings in plantations and nurseries, c) cutting of undergrowth and saplings, d) site clearance (only in part 2 of the contract), e) dismantling and assembly of fences (only in part 2 of the contract). 4.
