The subject of the contract is the execution of multi-disciplinary design and cost documentation for the expansion of the District Court building in Grodzisk Mazowiecki at 21/23 Bartniaka Street, along with the reconstruction of the existing court building. The subject of the contract will be realized in three stages: 1) Stage I: development of the concept, 2) Stage II: execution of the building design project along with the submission of a building permit application, 3) Stage III: execution of the implementation projects, STWiORB, quantities, and investor cost estimates, as well as obtaining and submitting to the Contracting Authority the final decision on the building permit.
