Germany – Database and operating software package – SAP-Cloud ERP Public Transformation im Greenfield Ansatz als Werksvertrag

The end-of-life of the SAP-ECC system at the end of 2027 presents a significant challenge as an external trigger for transformation and requires a comprehensive SAP transformation of the AWB. In January 2024, we began developing the target strategy together with a strategy consultancy. Based on extensive analyses and workshops, it was determined that a greenfield migration from our current on-premises solution to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is the right path for the AWB. The result documents of the strategy consultancy are attached to this invitation to tender as an annex. As a further component, we are already using the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and gathering initial experience with the SAP Integration Suite. The AWB is integrated into the corporate structures of Stadtwerke Köln. Group consolidation and in-house cash processes are handled centrally via the Stadtwerke Köln group. Services of basic support that are not within the contractual responsibility of SAP according to the agreed Roles & Responsibilities will in future be awarded to an external AMS service provider (Application Management Services). A separate invitation to tender will be issued for this purpose. SAP licenses are procured directly from SAP SE and are not the subject of this invitation to tender.
