France – Track construction works – Travaux de voie - RER Ligne A - Maintenance des infrastructures du secteur Ouest (Saint-Germain à Gare de Lyon Pk 25000)

This consultation concerns track works as part of the preventive and corrective maintenance of the tracks in the West sector of RER A (Gare de Lyon to Saint-Germain-en-Laye) at night. This consultation concerns a works contract and covers the following services: - Site installations - Replacement of fasteners - Replacement of chairs or/and moving of chairs - Regularisation of the opening of mechanical joints - Revision of mechanical joints - Revision of insulating joints (JIB or JIC) including surfacing - Manual ballast tamping with profile compliance - Painting of obstacles - Laying and/or repositioning of anti-walking - Consolidation/renewal of fasteners (by extraction, pinning) - Replacement or/and repositioning of rail pads - Compliance of travelage - Injection of wooden or concrete sleepers - Renewal of apparatus sleepers (wood or concrete) - Light mechanical tamping - Compliance of chambers (ADV, AD, etc. tie rods) - Evacuation of site material (new or used fasteners, fishplates, cés, etc.) - Supply and inventory of line rescue posts - Laying of spreader bars - Measured tightening of fasteners - Laying of Ohio-brass connections (Caldwell) - Moving and/or lorrying of rail (with, if necessary, rail cutting) - Renewal of broken or worn fishplates - Cleaning of ADV / JIC shavings + magnets - Punctual replacement of wooden or concrete sleepers - Compliance of anchor plates (by renewal, retightening or addition) - Cleaning / scraping of the platform (with waste disposal) - Retightening / replacement of fixing clips - Restoration of the insulating profile - Cleaning / replacement of dihedrals - High-pressure cleaning of track apparatus - Renewal of rails or JIC - Renewal of track apparatus parts (Heart or ½ switch) - Renewal of ½ AD fitting - Renewal of check rails - Installation of the demountable track apparatus « Sauterelle » - Decollation and/or gluing of JIC (with or without tensioners) - Ballasting - Delivery or collection of rails, heart, etc., by works train - Decollation and/ or gluing of JIC on track (with or without tensioners) - Greasing run (with greasing of the maneuver) - Track run with recording of signals (with greasy condition survey) - Handling of interventions on dispatches - Standby interventions, - Waste management, - Work monitoring (participation in meetings, monitoring of schedules, submission of control sheets and work reports…etc). The detailed list of works is indicated in the CCTP. The works take place at night (22:30 to 6:30), 7 days a week and 365 days a year under the following conditions: - Aerial or tunnel - With or without works trains - With or without RATP works supervisor - On main tracks, maintenance workshops or track bundles. The following certifications and training are required and must be provided within two weeks from the notification of the contract: - Training in RATP specific risks - Circulating and working autonomously on the track platform (during passenger service and outside passenger service) - Knowing how to implement a protection - Knowing how to implement a track coverage, - the VMI (for crane users), - Being certified K1/K2 (working under live catenary), - Being certified for track locking
