The present contract concerns a group insurance (life - death) in class 21 aiming at a new supplementary pension plan of the second pillar type. This plan will be divided into two staff categories: - Staff members; - Management members. The 2025 payroll of the company "Habitat Solidaire de Hesbaye" was 1,074,973.06 € and estimated at 1,182,470 € in 2026. The global payroll amounts mentioned in the present tender documents are communicated as indicative to enable tenderers to assess the size of the contract. For the purpose of comparing offers, only the data included in the standardised simulation annex are binding. The company wishes to offer the staff members (20 employees) a group insurance plan equivalent to 5% of the payroll for employees and 6.5% of the payroll for management. Important remark The present contract is reserved for insurance companies authorised to carry out life insurance operations in Belgium under class 21, in accordance with the authorisations and controls applicable by the competent authorities, notably the National Bank of Belgium and the FSMA.
