Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate contracts pursuant to §§ 130a (8)/130c (1) SGB V for medicinal products with the aforementioned active substance within the period from 01.05.2026 to 30.04.2028 with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time (open-house model). In the open-house procedure, medicinal products according to the BfArM list pursuant to § 35 (5a) SGB V (paediatric medicinal products) are excluded.
