1) The subject of the contract is the supply of poultry and poultry offal, pork, beef, beef and pork offal, game, poultry sausages, poultry charcuterie products, pork and beef sausages and offal products for CRR KRUS NIWA in Kołobrzeg for the duration of the contract in the quantities and assortment specified in the calculation sheets defining the offer price constituting Annex 1A.1, 1A.2, 1A.3 and 1A.4 to SWZ - Order assortment - Calculation sheet defining the offer price. 2) The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the requirements and the obligations of the Contractor related to its implementation are contained in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ, including in the annexes Order assortment - Calculation sheet defining the offer price relating to individual tasks, in the Offer Form and in the Contract Draft. 3) The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 parts, namely Task 1 - supply of poultry and poultry offal, Task 2 - supply of pork, beef, beef and pork offal, game, Task 3 - supply of poultry sausages, poultry charcuterie products and Task 4 - supply of pork and beef sausages and offal products.
